The Assault

Derek was not upset by the sudden noise.
He had been expecting it.
“LET’S GO!” he shouted.
There was a flurry of action. Several heaving bodies followed him over the wall.
“COME ON!” he urged. “MOVE IT!”
Derek led the way, weaving recklessly.
Panting heavily they reached the door just as their teacher arrived.
