The Separation
Mike was stunned. Never had Jenny spoken to him like that.
He sat thinking.
“It’s over,” he said at last.
“Yes!” she snarled back.
“Well, I think I’d better go then.”
“Right! And don’t ever come back!” she snapped.
Mike left reluctantly.
“I’m really going to miss playing in her sandpit,” he thought.
