		<description>Thanks for the kind comments. I guess I tend to keep things easy to understand because of a lifetime of communication with young children. The other significant area of communication has been in my leadership roles within the local church. This is no place for pretentious claptrap - keep the message easy to understand and relevant.</description>

It surprises me how many people don&#039;t, but those were an expression of my tastes, and there are a lot of people in the world whose tastes differ. A case in point is the issue of interaction with visitors. A lot of sites don&#039;t accept comments, or make it hard to comment. I&#039;ll visit them once, but not again. Their readership levels are high if you look at their Alexa rank or Google page rank, so this doesn&#039;t seem to be as important to a lot of people.</description>
